Andrew Francisco.
Born and raised in Gleason, Tennessee, Andrew Francisco’s roots run deep in West Tennessee. A proud graduate of Gleason School, Andrew learned early on the value of hard work, honesty, and community—the same principles that guide his law practice today. Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Martin, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, before attending the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, he was recognized with the Dean’s Award of Excellence for Best Memorandum in Legal Methods and served as Articles Editor for the University of Memphis Law Review. Andrew practiced law for twelve years in Memphis before moving back home to Weakley County to raise his two girls with his wife, Chalise.
Andrew is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Kentucky and brings a broad range of experience to his clients. His practice includes Injury Litigation, Business/Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Corporate & Transactional Law, and Immigration Law.When it comes to Injury Litigation, Andrew knows both sides. He has recovered over a million dollars for people who have been injured. He has also successfully defended several national insurance companies and their insureds. He has litigated hundreds of automobile and premises liability cases with proven results.
In the areas of commercial litigation, business litigation, and general civil litigation, Andrew has represented both individuals and businesses in breach of contract disputes, collection cases, and landlord–tenant matters. He has also litigated many other civil cases including boundary line disputes, nuisance actions, and petitions for declaratory and injunctive relief.
Andrew’s transactional practice includes business entity formation as well as drafting, negotiating, and structuring many kinds of contractual agreements. Andrew has guided a vast array of clients including farmers, staffing companies, and other small business owners through multi-million-dollar transactions.
Andrew is also well-versed in immigration law, having tried numerous asylum and removal defense cases before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and having successfully petitioned U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for both family-based and employment-based visas.
